In 1967 Geoffrey Harcourt designed this futuristic lounge chair named the F585. The F585 shape is from a series of four contemporary chairs and footstools with generally the same shape, but varying sizes in width and height. Each has a comfortable shell seat. The F585 can be considered a modern classic furniture design as it introduced a new business-like character that penetrated into the homes of people with a taste for the high-design pieces they'd seen in offices and public areas.
The F585 uses a thick cushion and is upholstered in fabric or leather. The base is powder-coated metal. A matching footstool is available. Please call for pricing.
